Where will delivery be available?
Thailand is our first market. For locally received and released products, planned delivery is 2–3 business days within Thailand, or as little as a few hours in Pattaya by prior arrangement. Products sourced on request take longer; the full lead time and delivery charge will be confirmed individually. You can ask about availability now; online payment is not open yet.
Cancellation, returns or a damaged parcel?
Contact us through the contact form or cellivity@gmail.com with your enquiry or order reference, product name and a short description. For damage, keep the packaging and label; photos can be attached by email. Do not send card details or medical reports. Contact us before returning anything. Final cancellation and refund terms will be published before shopping opens. Current terms ↗
Will I receive order notifications?
We send an email verification message after registration; password recovery is available on the login page. Check your spam folder too. A successfully submitted enquiry shows its reference on screen. Online shopping is not open: the complete live order-confirmation journey must be tested before launch.
Can research peptides be added to the cart?
Yes. Collect several products, formats and quantities in your cart and send one professional availability enquiry. There is no payment or stock reservation before review and confirmation.
